Here between land and sea rises our olive oil of Pampano. Here between land and sea rises our olive oil. The few olive trees present at the moment of the purchase of the land were all from the variety of Moraioli, but other varieties have gradually been added.
Since a couple of years we have added 250 plants of Leccio del Corno to improve the quality of the blend.
Pampano oil has a variety of olives that includes Frantoio, the Leccino, the Maurino, the Moraiolo and the Razzo.
This typology of variety gives the oil a medium-intense fruity taste, with a touch of refinement and delicacy. In the production of our oil, we pay enormous attention to treatments carried out using natural methods.
