The few olive trees present at the moment of the purchase of the land of Pampano were all from the variety of Moraioli, little by little we have added other varieties. Since a couple of years we have added 250 plants of Leccio and Corno to improve the quality of the blend. The olive oil of Pampano has Frantoio, the Leccino, the Maurino, the Moraiolo and the Razzo This typology of variety gives to the olive oil a taste that is fruity of medium intensity, with a touch of elegance and genuine. Obliviously we are talking about 100% olive oil extra virgin of olives obtained from Italy and forehead in Italy.
